IMAP- Wearable Arts

This term students could choose their IMAP class, the following pictures are from the Wearable Arts class.
Students have designed a garment to make using recyclable materials. There are dresses, skirts, briefcases. masks, jewellery and more. Scroll down to check out just a few of them.

                                 Stefan is creating a mask using a balloon and paper mache .
Steffi, Lucy and Gemma are designing a magicians briefcase using paper mache.

Gardening Group


We worked hard spreading  pea straw around the gardens.
 
We put down some of the year three's mosaics
and sorted them around five tyres for succulents by room 5.
 
We mixed (very stinky) bokashi, leaves,
 wood chips and pea straw to make compost.
 
These tyres mark where we're going to
 put fruit trees around the scooter track.
Here we are digging out some swan plants to plant in the butterfly garden.
